Terms and Conditions
All orders placed by customers with Poopsta.com are accepted only on the understanding that the customer has read and fully understands the Terms & Conditions of Sale listed below:
General
Poopsta.com distribution is based in the UK and delivers worldwide with transactions welcome in pound Sterling (GBP), US dollars (USD) and Euros.
Prices
Due to our policy of continuous improvement, we reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without prior notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
Delivery
Poopsta.com will endeavour to complete delivery within 5-7 working days unless otherwise advised, but no liability can be accepted if circumstances prevent this. If we fail to deliver within the timescale advised, you may be entitled to a full refund. Claims for consequential losses arising from late delivery will not be accepted.
Cancellation
You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see returns policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Returns Policy
Poopsta.com will do our utmost to ensure that the product you receive is completely to your satisfaction and of the best quality possible. If, however, you are not satisfied with the product you receive, then you can return the item you're not happy with within 28 days of receiving it provided you have contacted us within 7 days of receipt. Loss in Transit
Please notify us immediately if your order has not arrived by the agreed delivery date. If notification is not made within 5 working days of the agreed delivery date, we will not be able to accept a claim for goods lost in transit.
Damaged Goods/Missing Items
All packages must be checked prior to signing the delivery note. If there is any damage to products, or missing items, this must be advised on the delivery note and reported to Poopsta.com within 3 working days. We reserve the right to reject claims for damaged and missing items if the above procedure is not followed.
Faulty Goods
Defective items will be replaced or refunded after inspection provided that we are notified in writing within 10 working days of delivery. Any warranty given will commence from the date of the invoice. Claims for faulty products will be limited to the value of the product, and no claims for any consequential loss arising from the use of faulty products will be accepted.
Incorrectly Ordered Goods
Incorrectly ordered goods can be returned for credit providing that they are not soiled or damaged in any way, and that we are notified in writing within 10 working days of delivery. We will credit the value of the returned items less the cost of carriage. No refunds or replacements will be considered until the original goods have been thoroughly inspected by Poopsta.com
Payment Terms
Payment terms are payment in full prior to despatch of order.
Risk and Title
Risk of damage to the goods supplied passes to the customer on delivery. Title to the goods shall not pass until Poopsta.com has received in cash or cleared funds, payment in full for all monies due and outstanding for goods sold to the buyer.
Consequential Loss
Poopsta.com accept no responsibility for loss of profits, incidental expenses or any consequential loss attributable to defects in material or delay in or non-delivery of goods.
